We are a ministry of the church and rely almost completely on volunteer efforts to serve those in need. If you are a member of a partner church and want to help serve others directly, a community provider who would like to be included as a resource in our database, or an individual who would like to assist with administrative tasks, fundraising, or event organization, contact us for information about how to get involved!

We collect good quality winter clothing and toys to share with those in need at our annual event. We serve several hundred neighbors at this event each year, and the clothing is one of the most needed items we provide as the weather grows colder in Vermont.
We also have partner churches who offer ministries such as food shelves, distribute care packages to the homeless, and provide transitional housing to homeless families with children. All of these programs rely heavily on the generosity of others to reach those in need. If you are interested in providing any of these items personally, or leading a drive to collect from those who have enough to share, please contact us to get started!

Your financial support of any amount will help meet the immediate need of an individual or a family in the Central Vermont community. More importantly, contributing to Connecting Hope will support our mission to serve those who seek our help in a holistic and relational way that aims to lead out of need and towards self-sufficiency, by supporting them in ways they may have never experienced from their community.
